"Healthy and Wealthy"

Michael Jackson, “Superstar” as a child to middle age, a young 50, Michael passes away leaving his children, family and fans that adored him. Some folks grew up with him and are now his age, middle of the journey 50 if you live to 100. And then we are over whelmed within a week, hearing news about the health of the wealthy Superstars and are all reminded that our desire to be “Superstars” in business could end suddenly.

Michael, Memories of the “King of Pop,” will never die for many of us as we remember him thru television, radio, his music, as the media will continue to remind us what a great person, artist, father to his children, he was.

We had known about the health of our beloved, Farrah Fawcett, but saddened to know she passed in mid morning, hours before Michael would be pronounced dead later that day. Farrah fought cancer for a few years and had continued with hope to live, and tried new treatments outside of the USA, in another country to survive. She was determined to live yet the cancer would win in her journey. She leaves behind family, friends and fans at 62 years young.
Oh my, then we have Billy Mays passing in an instant, again young at age 50, his wife finding him in the early morning.
Seems like a shocking tidal wave, to have in a short period “beloved Superstars” leaving us in our own world to live and be reminded how fragile our lives could be in our journey, to have “Health and Wealth,” and live a long life.

Yes, Our families, friends, and fans really care about us…

We do not know how long we will live, but to be in good health now, and to have wealth, the freedom to choose to live, and love in our lives are choses in the journey of life and all a mindset.
In this series blogging about our Health and Wealth let us explore and find “In Our Journey” what we can do, to have our best health, with truly enjoying our wealth.

Your Work Place “Peace and Harmony”

Imagine…peace and harmony, and keeping both in your work place
where your Internet business takes place. Now you are empowered to make
changes in your Internet Business home office, knowing you’ll be creating a work
place and keep your home peaceful…..keeping distractions away as much
as possible and,
…achieving a new sense of control in your workplace, with just a
few simple changes….experiencing increased harmony and
balance in all areas of your life.

You CAN improve the balance, harmony and flow of energy
within your home without spending a fortune. A very popular method
of decorating and organizing your environment, in order to create peace,
tranquility and balance in your life is to add a running water sound
or have a low fan on moving the air around the room. Find a smell
you like and bring it into the room. Place your dream around you with
a dream board or pictures of family and friends around you. This way
thru out the day it will clearly define why you are working. A plant or
fresh flowers is usually nice to see in your office, or add a beautiful
painting you like that brings joy when you look at it. It could be a nature
scene or face your desk so you can look outside and see nature.

There are many joys from working at home, and organize your office
because it will save you time from looking for files, papers, later.
Remember, invest in a quality chair. Your chair is one of the most
important assets You will have since You will want it to be firm
yet comfortable to your fit.

Seems that working from home tends to blur the boundaries
between work and personal life — if you work too hard, you will have
no personal life left. So make yourself, every hour to get up and take a
break, stretch your arms and legs, and drink some water thru out the day.
If you are engaged in Social Media Networking like on Twitter or Facebook
then you will be engaged in communicating with folks thru out the day,
and your social communications will be more personable. You will still find
your balance and gage how much time you will spend on both.

As one who has worked for herself for many years you have to know
how to stay productive, and at the same time stay on course? To start off
and to keep your work place peaceful begin with defining your space:
separate work from the other part of your home. Keep a pen and paper around
and make notes, for your first entries. Then as you start, think of new ideas and
write them, and later think of defining them as important, must do first. Don’t try to
implement them all, and certainly not all at once.
Start with doing the three things you will do today. The second
is three things you’d like to get done, but aren’t essential. The third is three
things that need to be done at some point. — that’s because the best way to
use this list is to find the ideas that work for you, and give them a try. If they don’t work,
then stop whatever is not getting you results!

Hello world! “In the Beginning 2009″

Welcome to KarolKyno.WordPress.com.

In January 2009, there was a shift in my life, I had some financial freedom and I decided to take time out for me.  I let my creative side express herself, and designed  a few art pieces. One painting, after studying it for a while it came to me in my thoughts the name of it. You guessed right, if you heard the soft still voice in you,  “In the Beginning”. 

So where do we go from here? When the media is talking about recession today? In the news everywhere we hear events around the world and they seem very disturbing.    Do you dream of becoming an internet enterpreneur?  Do you want to be an exceptional business person making lots of money, and having your financial freedom secured? We all want our best life with business success, loving family, and best friends. 

 In “The Beginning, the Journey will Begin” for you and for me, today!  Your success in life will depend on many factors. The foremost will depend on you and your passion in life. It is all about what you want to achieve and how you will go about the journey. You will be coached, mentored and guided to and thru the yellow brick road to find the golden nuggets and place them in your heart, your mind, and in your spirit.  So I ask you, this very well thought provoking question “What is your passion in life?”  How much will it drive you to your destination in life’s journey to be all that you want to be and whom You will become in the near future?  When You arrive what will you do?  The most important, single factor that will speed the process is who will You help along the way first. You see,  who you help now will later help you go where you want to go when you are ready to launch your products, or your classes to reach your dreams.   Clearly understanding,“In   The Beginning” we must help someone in order for the speed of light to work in our lives to succeed.   I will help you in the process to give you all that I have, such as information about tools, secrets of Internet Marketing  and in return you must absorb, study, implement, stay positive along the way and to remember Never, Never, Give Up!  Your attitude and who you invite into your social network during this time, In the Beginning, must be protected from all those that are negative and will try to bring you down.
